PMOptimum is built on decades of firsthand industrial experience, bringing proven perspective to complex business challenges and organizational change.

For more than 30 years, Thorsten Enders has worked at the intersection of technology, people, and industrial transformation across the automotive, chemical, and manufacturing sectors.
Starting on the shop floor, Thorsten progressed through engineering, project management, and senior leadership roles, delivering dozens of complex programs. He led the development of pioneering automotive safety and driver-assistance technologies, including the world’s first passive pedestrian protection system and advanced radar solutions for safer, more intelligent vehicles. His work helped bring emerging technologies into real-world production, contributing to innovations designed to protect lives and transform how vehicles support their drivers.
His career expanded from technology development to large-scale organizational transformation. Thorsten has transformed global project management organizations, built teams and operating structures from the ground up, and helped translate complex strategic objectives into successful execution.
Today, his work focuses on one of industry's defining challenges: how companies must evolve as AI, automation, and emerging technologies reshape the way work gets done. He helps leaders rethink roles, capabilities, leadership structures, and ways of working to meet changing business demands.
Through PMOptimum, Thorsten brings these disciplines together, partnering with companies on project and program management, leadership development, strategic workforce management, and organizational design to turn strategy into action.

For nearly two decades, Tara Enders has worked across complex global industrial environments, with experience spanning corporate research, acquisition management, commercial analysis, program leadership, manufacturing operations, and program recovery.
Her career has given her a broad view of the industrial program lifecycle, from evaluating emerging concepts and determining which opportunities warranted further investment to winning business and leading large-scale execution. Among her major accomplishments, Tara led the largest program her organization’s automotive segment had been awarded at the time, a $170 million, two-year global initiative involving more than 700 people across multiple countries. The program was successfully executed and delivered significant profitability to the business.
Tara was also repeatedly entrusted with critical programs and task-force assignments involving manufacturing crises, international production transfers, customer escalations, and troubled initiatives. Her analytical strength and ability to step back from immediate problems allow her to see the broader organizational picture and identify connections that can be difficult to recognize from within day-to-day complexity.
These experiences reinforced that organizational performance is rarely determined by technical capability alone. Leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, communication, accountability, decision-making, and organizational structure can be equally decisive, particularly when organizations are under pressure.
Today, Tara brings this breadth of experience to PMOptimum, working with leaders to identify what is really driving performance beneath the immediate symptoms. She connects organizational dynamics, leadership, teams, commercial realities, and execution to help companies address complex challenges that cannot be solved from within a single function or discipline.
PMOptimum is built on complementary strengths across project and program management, global operations, leadership, workforce strategy, and organizational change. This breadth of experience allows us to look beyond individual functions, connect challenges across the business, and understand both the operational and human factors influencing performance.
Our approach brings these perspectives together to help leaders understand complex challenges, identify what matters most, and determine a practical path forward.
